Blue Christmas Makeup Tutorial

Hello all!! Long time no post! Anyways, today I bring you my first holiday inspired look, inspired by the Christmas classic, "Blue Christmas." I decided to create a smokey duo chrome look using (almost) all drugstore products. Here's what I came up with:
