Today's Look: Kelly Osbourne

Hey all! Today's look is inspired by Kelly Osbourne's shoot inside the January edition of Glamour. It was just this super glamorous eye look and in the picture I chose, a gorgeous purplish lip.

So, I used a few matte shadows, some false lashes and a gorgeous Covergirl lipstick to recreate this stunning look.
